    Booster Water Pvt. Ltd., with its registered address at 64, Pheidon House, 2nd Floor, Shivaji CHSc., Off S. B. Road, Pune - 411016, Maharashtra, India ("The Company"), operates and manages the website www.boosterwater.com to present, promote, and sell its products.

    We value our customers and strive to offer the best quality products. In the rare case of dissatisfaction due to a damaged product, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy:

    Return Policy:

    • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
    • Customers must report the damage within 36 hours of receiving the delivery.
    • To report a damaged product, customers must contact our Support Team by:
    1. Calling the Customer Support numbers mentioned on our website and product packaging, or
    2. Email us at needhelp@boosterwater.com with details and clear photos/videos as proof of damage.
    • Upon receiving your complaint, our team will review the evidence and guide you through the return process.
    • Products must be returned to our designated warehouse. Alternatively, a pickup may be arranged at our discretion.
    • The Company will bear the cost of returning damaged products.
    • Replacement products will be dispatched within 5 working days after the damaged product is received.
    • Claims made after 36 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.

    Important: We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage.

    Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are applicable only if:
    1. A damaged product is returned, and
    2. The customer chooses not to opt for a replacement.
    • If eligible, the refund will be processed within 3 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
    • Returned products must be securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in return transit due to improper packaging.
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for a refund to be considered.

    Additional Terms:

    • The Company reserves the right to request proof of identity at the time of delivery.
    • Orders may be cancelled at our discretion in cases such as:
    1. Product unavailability,
    2. Pricing or product information errors,
    3. Issues detected by our fraud prevention department.
    • If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be fully refunded.
